This website presents GeneMe Laboratories services. It does not accept new orders or payments. Test links lead to external partner websites, where you can check prices, availability and purchase terms. If no link is provided for a test, contact us about availability. Before purchasing, read the terms and privacy policy of your chosen partner.

Data on this website and when contacting us

The controller of personal data processed through this website is Geneme Laboratories Sp. z o.o.. Browsing the catalogue does not require a patient account or order details. The server may process technical connection data and logs needed to operate and protect the website. When contacting us by email or telephone, you provide the information needed to answer your question. Do not include test results or a PESEL identification number in a service enquiry.

Handling enquiries and protecting the website are based on the controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary, but we cannot respond without contact details.

Partners and service providers

An order link opens the partner's website. We do not include patient details or order contents in the link. Each partner describes processing on its own website in its privacy policy. Authorised email and hosting providers may handle contact and technical data. The provider list, processing locations and any transfers outside the EEA must be confirmed before public launch.

Retention and cookies

We retain correspondence while handling the enquiry and for a period justified by the need to document arrangements or pursue claims. Technical data are kept as needed for security and diagnostics. Specific retention periods require approval before publication. The website uses essential session and form protection cookies. Advertising analytics and a newsletter are not currently enabled. We do not make decisions with legal effects solely by automated processing.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and, where the relevant conditions apply, data portability or object to processing. Previous orders

Converting this website to a catalogue does not delete earlier orders or their documents. Those orders are handled under the terms provided at purchase. Contact the laboratory if you need help with a previous order or result.
